All shipments ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you need expedited service please contact customer service or call 941-544-2061

Returns & Exchanges

Swinebox return policy gives you 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product, provided it's new, unused and in the original packaging as received.

If an item is opened and brand new you can still return the item for a refund minus the cost of shipping to you.

All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, we cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the date of delivery.

When returning any item you must contact customer service and receive a RGA Number and Form. We also require the customer to clearly write the RGA# on the outside of the box.  No returns will be accepted without a RGA#. Please contact our customer service department at 941-544-2061 for a return goods authorization number or email us at E-mail us at customerservice@swinebox.com.

If the item is returned and not in 100% new sellable condition, we cannot accept any returns.
